• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and engaging with potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to promote our automation products and glass machinery.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and contribute to the overall sales planning process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automation or machinery industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of automation products and glass machinery is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
